Financial standing and references
The company has been in existence since 1984 — since 1991 auctions have been organised.
Today the auction house is the exclusive property of the founder Dr. Reinhard Fischer.
The legal form of organisation of the company is that of a »eingetragener Kaufmann« (e. K.) [registered trader], that means that the owner of the company is liable with his complete personal property (in contrast to a GmbH [Ltd.] or AG [public holding company] where only the property of the company can be made liable).
